Job summary

Trusted Space, LLC seeks a Senior Aerospace Engineer to design, implement, and validate orbit-based algorithms within a cross-functional Agile team. Hybrid work, primarily Aurora, CO with occasional travel to Chantilly, VA, supports mission workflows in Earth-centered and cislunar dynamics.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a relevant engineering degree, 8+ years in modeling and simulation, and hands-on experience with aerospace models and simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, physics, or related field.
• 8+ years in modeling & simulation, mission dynamics, or test engineering.
• Experience developing and validating aerospace or space-domain models.
• Proficiency with aerospace simulation environments and demo-support workflows.
• Ability to collaborate in Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine mission-dynamics and space-domain models.
• Collaborate with autonomy and software teams to validate outputs.
• Create mission scenario configurations for testing.
• Contribute aerospace artifacts to docs, training, and presentations.
