Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical curriculum required or equivalent experience.
• 10 years in a specific technical discipline or 15 years broad engineering experience with a Bachelor's.
• Experience credit for related advanced degrees limited to 2 years for Masters and 4 years for PhD.

Responsibilities

• Guides successful completion of major engineering programs or conceives research in areas of considerable scope.
• Selects methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to resolve complex engineering issues.
• Exercising latitude in determining technical objectives and making authoritative recommendations.
• Maintains current knowledge of developments to suggest innovations for product improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
