Job summary

Beehive Industries, headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to monitor and improve quality across propulsion systems. The role operates Thursday through Sunday, 7am–5:30pm, within a world-class AM team focused on additive manufacturing and defense.

You will develop standards, analyze performance, collaborate with technicians and engineers, review codes, and drive corrective actions. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in aerospace/related engineering or equivalent experience.
• General GD&T knowledge and ability to read drawings/blueprints.
• 2+ years in quality engineering or similar role.
• Experience creating QC plans and using measurement data to drive improvements.
• Experience with QA software tools and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality standards on engine propulsion systems.
• Develop and implement quality control systems in R&D/production environment.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance.
• Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure specs.
• Collaborate with technicians, ops managers, and engineers to improve controls.
• Create CoCs, review and release products to requirements.
• Ensure workflows comply with safety regulations; investigate issues.
• Develop corrective actions, solutions and improvements.
• Review codes, specifications, and processes.
