The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stringent safety, performance, and regulatory standards (AS9100) and support certification activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in electrical test development, preferably aerospace/embedded systems.
• Strong programming in C/C++, VHDL; PLC or embedded controllers a plus.
• Experience with LabVIEW and PCB layout using Altium.

Responsibilities

• Implement new products and testing equipment for aerospace systems.
• Improve existing testing procedures and equipment implementations.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and project managers to define requirements and architecture.
• Perform unit, integration, and system-level verification tests.
• Support certification through documentation, ATPs, traceability, and audits.
• Troubleshoot and optimize electrical designs and software for reliability.
• Participate in design reviews, peer code reviews, and technical presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.
