This role requires aligning scope, schedule, and budget with strategic objectives while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive profitable execution, and develop future Plexus leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required with 8+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years in Aerospace/Defense industry experience.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle and FAR/DFAR flowdowns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer development process to win new business and foster repeat business.
• Identify work packages and coordinate staffing with design centers.
• Manage customer expectations across complex projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes.
• Manage projects to financial targets and forecast revenue.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers to introduce designs.
