• Define ABI's and tooling strategy; ensure manufacturing readiness via APQP.
• Lead DFMs discussions and assist customer in resolving problems with SME support.
• Identify root causes of failures and develop CAPA short- and long-term actions.
• Provide routine technical support to manufacturing and decide rework vs scrap.
