Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Certification Engineer within the PAAC organization to oversee aerospace-level certification activities and ensure compliance with PSP and FAA requirements. The role involves technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic certification planning.

The ideal candidate will mentor others, manage schedules and budgets, and engage with customers and internal stakeholders to drive regulatory success and product reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
6 years’ experience in development and certification of avionics systems & equipment.
U.S. Citizen or permanent resident due to export control/ITAR restrictions.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to ensure PSP compliance and certification activities across avionics programs.
Mentor and guide junior Certification Engineers; support estimates and project schedules; coordinate with Aftermarket and Product Program managers.
