Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking a Senior Casting Technology Manufacturing Engineer. This fully remote role provides technical leadership across casting manufacturing processes supporting airfoil and structural casting operations.

You will help advance supplier capabilities, improve manufacturability, reduce costs, and introduce new casting technologies while collaborating with quality, design, and sourcing teams to translate objectives into measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 4+ years of casting/manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional casting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing process engineering, casting technology, supplier development, or related technical disciplines.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%, including early visits to Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

• Own technical processes and product activities for the casting commodity.
• Develop, industrialize, and implement new casting technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Plan and execute process-engineering activities for new product and technology development.
• Collaborate with Quality and Design Engineering to meet quality and performance metrics.
• Partner with sourcing on supplier development, producibility improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Mentor suppliers on quality tools and manufacturing practices.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Act as a change agent to improve processes toward world-class performance.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
