Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 4 years of Quality/manufacturing/casting experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years casting experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Technical process and product ownership for castings.
• Develop and industrialize new casting technologies.
• Collaborate with Quality and Design to meet metrics.
• Plan and implement process-engineering activities for new products.
• Mentor suppliers on quality tools and new technologies.
• Partner with sourcing for supplier development and cost-out projects.
• Design and implement manufacturing processes for castings.
• Pursue continuous improvements for quality and cost reductions.
• Communicate progress and challenges to leadership.
