Senior Aerospace SSP, a division of Senior plc, seeks an experienced Senior Assembly Supervisor to lead and optimize broad assembly operations in the US. You will drive performance improvements, develop supervisory talent, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure production goals align with business objectives.

Under general supervision, you will supervise assembly personnel, maintain schedules, ensure quality, and manage costs while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing teams of 25+ employees.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily assembly operations to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead, develop, and supervise Assembly Supervisors and front-line teams.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other departments to resolve issues and optimize flow.
• Monitor productivity, costs, and labor utilization to meet budget and performance targets.
