Job summary

ACE Thermal Systems seeks a Senior Account Representative to be the first line of communication with our aerospace customers. You will support orders through production, coordinate with operations and quality, and resolve customer inquiries while coaching junior team members.

On-site work in Seminole, OK is required, with up to 10% travel. Ideal candidates have a background in account management, B2B customer support, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum of related account management, customer support, materials, or contracts experience.
• Experience supporting B2B customers in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships.
• Enter orders into ERP and maintain customer records in Salesforce.
• Coach and guide other account reps on the team.
• Lead daily and weekly reports for the Customer Support team.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
