Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an AEP Data Architect Consultant to serve as a senior, client-facing advisor shaping enterprise data architecture and Adobe Experience Platform across engagements. You will partner with clients and delivery teams to assess data strategies, guide architectural decisions, and implement governance best practices for scalable customer data ecosystems.

As a technical leader, you will mentor Data Architects, review designs, and collaborate with engineers and data scientists

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise data architecture experience with ETL/ELT and large-scale data processing.
• 5+ years designing data models across relational, dimensional, and big data environments.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), XDM schema design and identity resolution.
• Strong SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based data warehousing expertise.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and lead enterprise advisory engagements.
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to define scope and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Provide strategic guidance on AEP adoption and data strategy.
• Review architectures, designs, and data models for alignment with best practices.
• Mentor data architects and collaborate with delivery teams on scalable workflows.
• Contribute to reusable templates and Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Develop client-facing documentation and implementation guidance.
• Stay current on AEP, Azure, and data architecture trends.
