Job summary

SH/FT is seeking a seasoned Adobe Experience Platform Technical Lead to architect and deliver end-to-end AEP solutions for diverse clients. You will design XDM schemas, data ingestion pipelines, and identity resolution while mentoring developers and guiding client workshops.

In this role you will configure AEP components, build Real-Time CDP audiences, and orchestrate customer journeys in AJO with cross-channel activation. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years with Adobe Experience Cloud across AEP, RTCDP, AJO and CJA.
Architect and implement AEP solutions from ground up including XDM schemas and data pipelines.
Experience activating RTCDP audiences to paid media and channels.

Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end AEP implementations with ingestions, schemas, and identity resolution.
Lead solution design sessions translating requirements into scalable tech designs.
Define implementation standards and patterns for AEP across client engagements.
Mentor developers and conduct peer reviews for quality and consistency.
Guide clients on platform capabilities, trade-offs, and best practices.
Configure AEP components: streams, datasets, schemas, sources/destinations.
