Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks an AEM Product Lead to connect a B2B MarTech transformation to the AEM and web experience layer. You will own web experience architecture, delivery standards, and data-collection readiness on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), ensuring measurement, personalization, and journey orchestration are effectively delivered across web properties.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital experience delivery with enterprise-scale platforms.
• 5+ years hands-on with Adobe Experience Manager in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Tags for data collection and consent.
• Experience integrating web platforms with Real-Time CDP and Adobe Analytics.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the web experience roadmap and delivery sequencing aligned to migration plans.
• Design and architect AEMaaCS solutions for enterprise-scale digital experiences.
• Define governance and architecture standards for web platforms.
• Define web experience KPIs and instrumentation in partnership with Analytics.
• Lead migration and enablement across Studio teams and Centers of Excellence.
