Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a senior AEM/Content Management lead to guide large-scale digital experiences for global clients from our California offices. You will own backlogs, align features with business objectives, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver modern web content solutions.

Beyond technical excellence, you’ll mentor teams, drive governance, and shape content delivery strategies across Sites/Assets and headless delivery patterns, including Edge Delivery Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations with requirements gathering, design and deployment of enterprise web content management solutions.
• 3+ years delivering or relaunching Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other WCM platforms including governance and publishing processes.
• 2+ years serving as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst translating requirements into user stories and managing backlogs.
• 3+ years working with Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets including taxonomy, governance, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design and implementation of AEM applications.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs and drive feature prioritization aligned to business objectives.
• Lead content migration strategy including inventory, metadata mapping, and migration planning.
• Provide insights on AEM best practices and governance across global digital strategy.
