Job summary

Bounteous in Frisco, TX is seeking a senior QA Leader to define and drive QA strategy for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. You will mentor QA engineers, establish quality gates across the SDLC, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, developing test plans and traceability, overseeing end-to-end testing across Author/Publish/Dispatcher, and leading test case reviews to ensure coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience testing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, content management concepts, and workflows.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies in Agile/DevOps.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define QA strategies, standards, and best practices for AEM projects.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, providing technical guidance.
• Establish quality gates across the SDLC and ensure adherence to testing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and release readiness activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee test case reviews and ensure artifacts receive QA Lead sign-off.
• Perform end-to-end testing across Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and Production environments.
• Manage defect lifecycle and provide regular status reports.
• Lead accessibility testing initiatives and ensure WCAG compliance.
