Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced QA Lead to define and drive testing strategy for AEM projects. You will mentor QA engineers, establish gates across the SDLC, and champion quality throughout agile delivery.

Your role includes reviewing tests, coordinating with developers and designers, and guiding release readiness with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in QA, 3+ years in leadership, and hands-on expertise in AEM, automation with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, and strong

Qualifications

8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in a QA lead role.
Hands-on testing of AEM applications with strong QA methodologies.
Experience with agile software development and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices for AEM projects.
Lead and mentor QA engineers, providing technical guidance and direction.
Establish quality gates across the SDLC and ensure adherence to testing processes.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality in development lifecycle.
Review test cases and ensure QA Lead sign-off prior to execution.
Manage defect lifecycle and provide status reports to stakeholders.
