Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an AEM Senior QA Onsite with 6–10 years of QA experience. The role emphasizes manual testing, test strategy development, and end-to-end testing of AEM platforms.

You will work with Developers, Product Owners and BAs to ensure quality across web applications, with strong focus on cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility. The candidate will create and execute test cases, document results, and manage defects using qTest and JIRA.

Qualifications

• 6 years of QA experience in testing
• Experience with Functional, Integration and End-to-End test strategy
• Hands-on in test case creation and execution
• Experience with stakeholders (developers, PO/clients, BA)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience testing data exchange protocols (JSON, XML)
• Experience in AEM components, pages and consoles (Site Admin, CRXDE, DAM)
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing for AEM websites and apps
• Accessibility testing to WCAG standards
• Experience testing AEM workflows (creation, versioning, publish)
• API level testing with SOAP UI, Postman, REST Client
• Documenting test results and defects using test management tools (qTest, JIRA)
• Debugging and log analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Able to multitask in dynamic environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot and document every test failure
• Execute test plans and test cases per project requirements
• Coordinate with Developers, POs/Clients, and BAs to validate fixes
• Perform cross-browser and accessibility testing for AEM sites
• Test AEM workflows (Create/Version/Publish) and data exchange APIs
• Maintain test documentation and defect logs in qTest and JIRA

Job Summary

Position: AEM Senior QA Onsite

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Experience: 6-10 years

• 6 years relevant work experience in QA domain having experience in manual testing
• Experience in developing Functional, Integration and End to End Test Strategy/approach, test plans.
• Hands-on experience in test cases creation and execution as per the project requirements
• Experience in working with various stakeholders such as Developers, Product Owners/Clients, and Business Analysts.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies, Tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with testing of data exchange protocols like JSON and XML
• Experience in authoring components, pages and AEM consoles (e.g., Site Admin, CRXDE, DAM)
• Experience in Cross browser and cross device compatibility of AEM websites and applications testing.
• Experience in accessibility testing to ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Hands-on experience in testing of AEM workflows page creation, Versioning, Edit/Review, Publishing, etc.
• Experience testing software at API level using SOAP UI, PostMan, REST Client, etc.
• Responsible to Analyze, Troubleshoot and Document every test failure, with Test Management and Bug tracking Tool like qtest & JIRA for every Execution and Defect Tracking.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting issues with logs and other techniques
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic environment and shall be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $135K
