Job summary

StatusNeo Technology Consulting is seeking an AEM and Quality Automation Engineer to build, test, and optimize digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager.

You will configure AEM components, run targeted A/B/MVT experiments, automate end-to-end quality validation with Playwright, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable web delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web development, QA automation, or digital optimization.
• AEM Sites, component authoring, and personalization frameworks.
• Experience setting up audience segmentation, targeting, and split traffic experiments via Adobe Target or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• AEM Management: Configure, maintain, and support components, templates, and digital workflows within Adobe Experience Manager.
• A/B and MVT Testing: Design, launch, and monitor A/B and Multivariate Tests to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Simulate different user journeys, target specific AEM components, and validate dynamic web elements.
• Integrate Playwright suites into CI/CD pipelines for automated regression gates.

We are looking for an AEM and Quality Automation Engineer tobuild, manage, and test digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager. Ensureseamless content delivery, execute robust A/B and multivariate (MVT) testingcampaigns and automate end-to-end quality validation using Playwright.
