Job summary

Appnovation is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a global pharmaceutical client’s Content Supply Chain. The role sits between business and technology teams, aligning marketing, operations and compliance in a regulated environment.

You will manage backlog in Jira, collaborate with Adobe product teams, and drive adoption of AEM, Workfront and Express integrations, balancing new features with technical debt and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IS, Marketing or equivalent.
• 7+ years in product management or related roles, including 3+ years as Product Owner for AEM or similar.
• Strong functional knowledge of AEM Assets and related Adobe products.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and backlog management in Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and backlog for AEM in a regulated pharma context.
• Collaborate with business, marketing ops, creative and Adobe teams to align roadmaps.
• Prioritize features, manage KPIs/OKRs, and balance value with compliance and tech debt.
• Write epics and user stories with acceptance criteria; lead agile ceremonies.
• Partner with vendors on integrations and ensure quality, security and governance.
