Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer to lead design, development and operations of the enterprise Adobe Experience Manager platform.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrations, enhancements, and automation across AEM Sites, Assets, Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines. You will help ensure platform reliability, code quality, performance, security, and maintainability while contributing to cloud migration and modernization

Qualifications

• 8+ years software development experience with a Bachelor's or 5+ years with a Master’s in computer science or related field
• Experience coding HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Web components (3+ years)
• Proven experience in AEM Platform Operations & Support
• Demonstrates expertise supporting AEM as a Cloud Service environment and associated digital experience platforms
• Leads incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service restoration efforts
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, Dispatcher/CDN configurations, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations
• Collaborates across product, engineering, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure successful platform operations
• Understanding of front-end state management libraries (redux)
• Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals like data structures and algorithms
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
• Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Electrical engineering or related field
