We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong development background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including experience migrating AEM Sites and Assets to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

This role involves providing technical leadership, driving engineering initiatives, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with AEM Sites and Assets, including front-end and back-end development and integrations.
• Experience with AEMaaCS migration projects.
• Exposure to AWS services including CloudFormation, Apache, Solr, and Splunk.
• Front-end development experience with WCAG-compliant components.
• Proven track record in leading complex engineering initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Web Content Management (WCM) technologies and CMS strategy.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations such as Analytics, Target, and Workfront.
• Experience integrating AEM with other enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in implementing new tools and technologies.
• Relevant certifications in AEM or AWS (preferred but not mandatory).
