Job Summary: Join the Digital Marketing Enablement – Platform Engineering team of Cat Digital and spearhead the designing, developing, supporting, and continuously improving enterprise Adobe Experience Manager platform capabilities that enable scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences. This role partners with product owners, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrations, platform enhancements, and operational improvements across AEM Sites, Assets, Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, and related digital experience technologies. The engineer will help ensure platform reliability, code quality, performance, security, and maintainability while contributing to cloud migration, modernization, incident resolution, automation, and agile delivery practices.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Working Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Working Knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Software Development: Extensive Experience with software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
Software Integration Engineering: Working Knowledge of software integration processes and functions; ability to design, develop and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages.
Software Product Design/Architecture: Extensive Experience of software product design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design.
Software Product Technical Knowledge: Working Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.

This position will be based out of either our Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Broomfield, CO or Irving, TX offices.

Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $183,140.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
