Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineering professional to design, develop, and continuously improve the enterprise Adobe Experience Manager platform. You will work across AEM Sites, Assets, Cloud Manager, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver scalable, secure digital experiences.

The role emphasizes platform reliability, code quality, performance, security, and maintainability, with cloud migration and automation as key focus areas. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Web components.
Proven experience in AEM Platform Operations & Support.
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and related digital experience platforms.
Leads incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service restoration efforts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, support, and improve enterprise Adobe Experience Manager capabilities across Sites, Assets, and Cloud Manager.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and Cloud Manager responsibilities for scalable delivery.
Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and maintainability across the stack.
Support cloud migration, modernization, automation, and agile delivery practices.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams.
