Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise web apps.
• 8 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong Java development and RESTful API design skills.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and modern frontend tech.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture for complex AEM and web apps.
• Develop core platform logic using modular OSgi services and REST APIs.
• Build event-driven architectures with OSGi event handlers.
• Lead code reviews to enforce quality, security, and performance.
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering practices across the team.
