Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking an AEM Core Technical Lead to design and deliver AEM and integration-platform solutions across the full project lifecycle. This onsite role sits in Berlin, CT or Phoenix, AZ, reporting to the Director of Applications Development.

You will guide delivery teams, drive best practices, and ensure scalable, secure deployments. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and hands-on development are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise-scale digital and web solutions.
• 5+ years developing with AEM Touch UI (6.4+ / AEM Cloud Service).
• 6+ years architecting and delivering complex AEM site builds, including editable templates and Touch UI components.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions aligned to business requirements and lead delivery teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of enterprise-scale AEM integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during discovery to translate requirements into AEM designs.
• Define development approaches, estimates and effort plans for leadership review.
• Remain hands-on with AEM features and contribute to custom development and integrations.
• Introduce best practices and scalable development approaches.
