The role requires strong AEM development, CDN/Dispatcher expertise, headless delivery, and AI-assisted development using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot. Hybrid work in Malvern, PA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AEM experience.
• 3+ years of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• At least one AEM 6.x → AEM Cloud migration.
• Strong AEM Cloud architecture expertise.
• Hands-on Adobe Cloud Manager experience.
• Strong AEM development experience.
• Enterprise DAM and multi-site architecture experience.
• AEM Dispatcher and CDN expertise.
• Adobe Experience Cloud integration and API experience.
• Headless AEM / GraphQL experience.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• AI-assisted development experience.

Responsibilities

• AEM Cloud Architecture & Migration.
• Lead enterprise migration initiatives from AEM 6.5/on-premise to AEM Cloud Service.
• Define AEM Cloud architecture, standards, and patterns.
• Analyze existing AEM implementations and migration dependencies.
• Design scalable, cloud-native AEM solutions.
• Lead technical decisions across migration, development, integration and deployment.
