Job summary

IS3 Solutions is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solutions Engineer Lead to head all AEM development activities and rollout across guided experiences. You will design and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations while ensuring stable performance across environments.

Responsibilities include mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices, with a focus on security and scalable solutions, including AEM Cloud Service and on-prem

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AEM development with Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs and workflows.
• Adobe Experience Manager certifications (Sites Architect/Lead, DevOps, Sites Developer).
• Technical leadership: mentoring, code reviews, DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with business teams to define scalable, maintainable AEM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Dispatcher config, caching, and performance; support CI/CD pipelines.
