Job summary

Adobe Inc. in California is seeking experienced Digital Marketing Business Consultants to join the Adobe Consulting Delivery team.

You will work with multi-functional solution teams to deliver AEM, EDS, and ACCS solutions, lead client relationships, and drive adoption and governance throughout implementations. The role requires deep consulting experience, product ownership, Agile/Scrum, and the ability to partner with pre-sales and clients to define objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Web or ECMS technologies.
• 3+ years direct client consulting experience.
• Experience as Product Owner/PM or Business Analyst; Scrum Master or PM background.
• Experience with SaaS, APIs, and cloud services.
• Proficient in Agile Scrum and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and lead client relationships.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of AEM, EDS, ACCS platforms and best practices.
• Collaborate with pre-sales for SOW review and handoffs.
• Run workshops to define objectives, KPIs, adoption plans.
• Align business and technical stakeholders through delivery.
• Analyze issues, identify gaps, and propose solutions with client.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure readiness and governance prior to go-live and post-engagement support.
