Job summary

Adobe Consulting is seeking experienced Digital Marketing Business Consultants to join the Delivery team. You will act as a Lead Product Owner for enterprise projects and drive delivery of AEM, EDS, and ACCS solutions across multi-functional teams.

You will mentor teams, shape governance, and ensure adoption while collaborating with clients, product management, and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5-10 years' experience in Web/ECMS technologies preferred.
• 3+ years direct client consulting experience required.
• Experience as Product Owner/PM/BA and as Scrum Master/PM.
• Experience with APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services as a lead Product Owner for enterprise projects.
• Lead with deep expertise in AEM, EDS, and ACCS platforms and best practices.
• Partner with pre-sales on SOW review and delivery handoff to define scope and requirements.
• Facilitate readiness workshops to define objectives, KPIs, adoption plans, and governance.
• Align business and technical stakeholders to adopt and sustain delivered solutions.
• Analyze complex project issues and present recommended options to the client.
• Mentor team members and promote standard methodologies with clients and colleagues.
• Own readiness checkpoints and ensure training/governance before go-live.
