Job summary

International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) seeks an AEGIS Development Lead Engineer to guide a 19-engineer team supporting PEO IWS 1.0 AEGIS Development.

You will ensure quality deliverables and timely completion of tasks across Baseline development, funding, and future capability integration. The role requires a DoD clearance or ability to obtain one, a strong engineering background, and excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior briefs and program status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math or Science Discipline.
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• DoD security clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Experience Leading / Managing a team of Engineers.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 19 engineers supporting PEO IWS 1.0 AEGIS Development Branch.
• Coordinate with PEO IWS 1AD PM to align baselines with priorities.
• Develop technical briefs and white papers to articulate actions and status.
• Manage financial planning and Baseline funding requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify future capability candidates.
