Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Cruiser/Destroyer Combat Systems SME to support CNSP through the Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT). You will provide expert guidance on AEGIS, troubleshoot shipboard systems, and mentor Sailors to improve readiness and maintenance practices.

Based in San Diego with substantial travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, the role requires deep experience in AEGIS, BMD, SPY radar, EW systems, and naval networks. SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience with the AEGIS Combat System.
• Experience comparable to an AEGIS CSMM.
• Operational/maintenance experience with AEGIS, Navy sonar, VLS, CIWS, BMD, SPY radar.
• Extensive Navy networks and communications system maintenance experience.
• Recent five years in Navy EW/countermeasures systems.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS for shipboard RATT visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level guidance and hands-on support for AEGIS and shipboard combat systems.
• Troubleshoot interface issues and improve operations and maintenance practices.
• Strengthen technical knowledge among shipboard personnel and enhance readiness.
• Support extensive CONUS and OCONUS travel for RATT visits.
