The position requires a bachelor’s degree, CPA exam progress, 2–3 years in public accounting advisory, and US work eligibility. Lake Oswego with remote USA option offers growth through diverse client projects and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Must have completed the CPA exam (academic credits to sit).
• Minimum 2–3 years in public accounting advisory; Senior Associate or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze GAAP issues and draft memos.
• Assist with SEC reporting including 10-K/10-Q and S-1 support.
• Support IPO readiness, due diligence, and purchase accounting for M&A.
• Communicate with clients to maintain strong relationships and meet deadlines.
• Coach Associates/Interns and provide technical feedback.
• Collaborate with Partners and Managers on engagements.
