Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 9 years recent Corporate Tax experience with ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• Proven success supervising engagements and mentoring teams.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to be in Pacific Time Zone preferred.

• Prepare and review income tax provisions under ASC 740 for diverse corporate clients.
• Prepare tax returns and documents; review federal, state, local filings.
• Lead client service delivery, manage budgets and timelines.
