As the Senior Advisor, Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing our enterprise career development program that aligns with our company goals and employee aspirations. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, and business leaders to create pathways that support employee growth and retention. This position will lead the delivery of talent solutions across the enterprise and requires a strong understanding of the business, industry, market, strategy, and their impact on our people.

Position is based at our Houston TX HQ office in the Westchase area. We offer a flexible remote day as well as various schedules including standard 40 hours, 19/30, and 9/80 to choose from.

Responsibilities May Include
  • Translating business strategy into enterprise talent solutions that foster inclusion, continuous improvement, learning, high employee engagement, and performance excellence.
  • Designing an enterprise career development strategy to facilitate career growth and internal talent movement across segments at all employee levels.
  • Collaborating with HR to integrate career development into talent and learning programs and systems.
  • Providing strategic consultation and needs analysis for impactful talent solutions.
  • Developing and implementing career pathways aligned with business needs and employee goals.
  • Using data and analytics to identify skills gaps, career trends, and measure the effectiveness of pathways.
  • Advocating for employee career development needs and ensuring access to resources and opportunities.
  • Designing communication strategies to inform employees about career opportunities.
  • Facilitating talent reviews, coaching leadership development, and consulting on career plans to meet succession needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the posting country
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in career development, talent management, or similar roles with impactful initiatives and change management
  • Strong understanding of career pathways and workforce planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Consulting skills including client service, conflict resolution, analysis, and negotiation
  • Experience evaluating talent programs and using insights for strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex issues and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
  • Experience with HR technology related to career development
  • Innovative, creative, and best-practices mindset
  • Understanding of change management and leading through change
  • Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
