Responsibilities

• Workday Integration Testing: Perform end-to-end system testing, troubleshoot errors, and collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve issues within Workday.
• Talent Performance Management: Oversee and enhance performance management processes within Workday, ensuring alignment with academic healthcare requirements.
• Academic Medical Healthcare Expertise: Work closely with stakeholders in a hospital or medical research environment to optimize talent management and system workflows.
• System Enhancements: Assist in system configuration, process improvements, and the implementation of new Workday functionalities.
