• Experience designing alternative payment models (APMs) including global budgets, capitation, shared savings/losses, risk corridors.

Responsibilities

• Payment Model Design & Support - Advise on APM features and payment methodologies.
• Model Documentation & Clearance - Review documents and ensure alignment with policy intent.
• CrossModel Advisory Support - Participate in sessions and advise on policy option development.
• Support for Policy Development & Stakeholder Engagement - Prepare for internal/external engagement and consultations.
• Data Analysis & Modeling - Support or review quantitative modeling and simulations.
