This position reports to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations & Compliance and is based in Houston, TX. Part of the North America People & Culture team, the Employee Relations & Compliance (ER&C) Advisor supports operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and Guyana. The ER&C Advisor serves as the primary investigator for employee relations concerns that are reported through our Integrity Helpline and plays an impactful role in ensuring adherence to relevant labor laws and managing positive employee relations.
Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional shop or field environment exposure for policy development and internal investigations.
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days on-site in Houston, TX; 2 days remote (optional).
Physical Demands: Frequent sitting, operating a computer; occasional domestic travel up to 25% of the time.
