Ramsey Solutions, headquartered near Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee, seeks a talented writer to craft short-form advertising copy in the Ramsey brand voice for a variety of advertisers. You’ll turn advertiser goals into scripts, iterate quickly with feedback, and leverage AI tools to speed up drafts without sacrificing craft.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do In This Role

You'll turn advertiser goals into ad copy that sounds exactly like the personality delivering it. On a weekly basis, you'll craft creative, write, and revise scripts for our advertisers, representing Ramsey personalities' voices while keeping every ad true to both the brand and the advertiser's actual message. You'll use AI tools to work faster without cutting corners on craft, and you'll take feedback from craft leads, clients, and personalities in stride, knowing when to adjust and when to advocate for what makes the ad work. This role is for someone who wants their writing heard by millions of listeners and is ready to prove, ad after ad, that speed and quality don't have to be a tradeoff.

You're Probably a Match If

• You've written short-form advertising copy that had to convert, not just sound nice.


• You can mimic personalities' voices easily without losing your editing instincts.


• AI is integrated into your regular workflow to develop first drafts faster and revise when needed.


• You're comfortable using project management software to track your work.


• You're coachable and apply feedback quickly and effectively, but have a strong intuition for when to advocate for a better quality product.


• You bring confidence, curiosity, and fortitude to conversations with clients, personalities, and leaders without getting rattled or taking things personally.


• You're organized enough to keep 15 or more pieces of ad copy moving through review at once without losing track of a single detail.


• Bonus if you've used Airtable specifically, worked directly with clients before, or you're already a Ramsey fan.

What Winning Looks Like

• Turning in scripts that advertisers can point to as ads that actually moved their numbers, not just ads that got produced.


• Earning trust from team members across the Network and National Providers business units, as well as clients, by being the expert on craft in the room and a joy to work with.


• Writing on-brand, compelling copy across dozens of National Provider advertisers and in the authentic voice of every Ramsey personality, so the ad never sounds like a client message wearing someone else's voice.


• Asking the right questions before you start writing instead of guessing your way through a brief.
