Job summary

Ramsey Solutions in Franklin, Tennessee is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist for Social Media to interact with audiences across platforms, including managing Facebook Groups and guiding users to Ramsey resources.

You will develop engagement strategies, monitor metrics, and collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to ensure timely, brand-consistent responses that support our mission.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in community management and/or social media engagement
• Familiar with engagement, social listening, and platform-native tools
• Experience tracking engagement data and turning insights into improvements
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Represent Ramsey brand and values online
• Understand reporting fraud, scams, or inappropriate content

$57,000–$65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

What You'd Do In This Role

As Community Engagement Specialist for Social Media, you'll connect directly with audiences through personalized, platform-specific interactions, including serving our Facebook Groups. From developing outbound engagement strategies to guiding people toward helpful tools and next steps, you'll play a key role in building community with every interaction.

You're Probably a Match If

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in community management and/or social media engagement.
• You love interacting with people on social media and have a heart for service.
• You're familiar with engagement, social listening, and community management tools that are native to top social platforms.
• You have experience tracking engagement data and spotting patterns, and you know how to turn those insights into actionable improvements.
• You're organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• You know the Ramsey brand, Ramsey personalities, and Ramsey’s financial teaching…and you're ready to represent us online.
• You understand community management standards, including how to identify and report fraud, scams, or inappropriate content.

• Stay current with platform tools and industry changes.
