Job summary

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own the RamseyTrusted paid media strategy. You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, turning performance data into opportunities and working with stakeholders to drive growth.

You will shape how paid media supports the broader RamseyTrusted initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn browsers into believers and optimize customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing live paid media campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience turning performance metrics into a data-driven case for action.
• Planned, projected and reported on budget and revenue with ownership expectations.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for decision-ready reporting.
• Ability to translate data learnings into team best-practices.
• Curiosity about RamseyTrusted’s customer journey beyond channels.

What You’d Do In This Role

You’ll own the paid media strategy that fuels our RamseyTrusted business, turning ad spend into real growth and real profit. You’ll run point on Google Ads and Meta Ads, digging into performance data to find the next opportunity before anyone has to ask you to look for it. Stakeholders across RamseyTrusted will look to you as the go-to paid media expert, so you’ll be the one connecting the dots between what the numbers say and what the business should do next. Beyond your own campaigns, you’ll help shape how paid media supports the bigger picture, spotting opportunities across RamseyTrusted and Ramsey's connected customer journeys and partnering with other teams to build pathways that turn more browsers into believers.

You’re Probably a Match If

• You’ve got 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing live paid media campaigns, with deep experience in both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• You know how to turn performance metrics into a data-driven case for what to do next, not just a status update.
• You’ve planned, projected and reported on budget and revenue, and you’re comfortable owning those numbers in front of stakeholders.
• You’re fluent in Excel or Google Sheets and can build reporting that people actually use to make decisions.
• You’re a natural teacher who likes turning what you learn from the data into best-practice discussions the whole team benefits from.
• You’re genuinely curious about the business behind the campaigns, not just the channels. You want to learn what makes RamseyTrusted’s customers tick, not just run the ads.
• You think in terms of the customer’s whole journey, not just your own campaigns, and you’re energized by finding new ways paid media can move people forward.

• Spotting and acting on RamseyTrusted opportunities across Ramsey’s connected customer journeys.
• Partnering across teams to refine customer pathways that maximize paid media’s impact and conversion.
