Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Senior Advisor, Supervision- Advertising Review to provide senior-level guidance across advertising, marketing, and communications in a regulated financial services setting.

You will review materials, research regulatory questions, and translate requirements into actionable guidance for business partners, collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Marketing and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3+ years in Compliance or Supervision.
• Series 7, 65/66, and 24 licenses required, or obtainable within a set timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of SEC/FINRA and state rules for broker-dealer advertising.
• Experience applying risk-based supervisory controls in financial services.
• Ability to interpret regulations with sound judgment in ambiguous cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted supervision partner to financial advisors and marketing teams.
• Review advertising and marketing materials against SEC/FINRA/state rules.
• Research regulatory questions and translate complex requirements into practical guidance.
• Identify trends, control gaps, and strengthen supervisory programs.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Marketing and other teams to resolve matters.
• Oversee supervisory programs ensuring controls align with risk and business activities.
• Prepare written recommendations and training materials for partners and management.
• Support regulatory inquiries and examinations with organized information.
