The role reports to the Engineering Manager and is based at the Olathe, KS location on a 100% on-site schedule, contributing to cutting-edge aerospace technologies that enhance flight safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineer/science/math).
- 5+ years aerospace related work experience.
- 5+ years prototyping, trade studies and hardware cost modeling.
- 5+ years hands-on troubleshooting with electronic hardware and test equipment.
- 1+ years real-time cross-functional collaboration outside engineering.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for RadAlt products in development or production.
- Collaborate with technicians and operations to address issues and lead RCCA when applicable.
- Lead producibility projects related to RadAlt products.
- Support NPI program activities in production.
