Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer in Torrance, CA, operating on a hybrid schedule. You will lead design and integration of next‑generation aerospace systems, develop requirements and verification plans, and apply cutting‑edge engineering to solve complex challenges.
Ideal candidates hold a technical bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in aerospace systems engineering, familiarity with DO-178C/DO-254, and strong tool proficiency for modeling and simulation.
As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating advanced aerospace systems that push the boundaries of technology and performance. You will work on cutting-edge projects that enhance the safety, efficiency, and capabilities of aircraft systems.
You will report directly to our Engineering Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development of innovative aerospace solutions that support the next generation of aviation technology, ensuring system reliability and compliance with industry standards.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 -$150,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
