JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, you have the unique opportunity to lead pioneering electrical engineering projects in the exciting realms of electric aircraft and eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) systems. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop electrical systems and components
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Execute electrical circuit design team project tasks
• Complete assignments by applying electrical engineering methods
• Generate Bill-of-Materials (BOMs) for Printed Board Assemblies (PBAs)
• Leverage knowledge of circuit design, circuit simulation, and analysis
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems/failures uncovered by circuit card tests
• Prepare investigation and test results to document findings

QUALIFICATIONS

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in engineering software tools and project management applications.

Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 -$148,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
