Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an engineering-focused leader to drive development of new products in a dynamic, global team. You will partner with world-class engineers to define technology roadmaps, develop schedules, and drive improvements in quality and productivity across programs.

The role requires a strong background in engineering leadership, program management, and risk/opportunity management, with expertise in EVM and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science Engineering, Physics or similar technical field.
  • 5+ years in a related field.
  • 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or similar technical field
  • 5 plus years in a related field
  • 2 plus years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment

The annual base salaryrange for this position is $104,000.00-$130,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
