Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Advanced Planning Engineer to support AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on systems engineering, requirements management, and program planning across the fighter and advanced aircraft domains.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architectures, conduct technical reviews, and produce necessary artifacts throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including CDRs and readiness assessments.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with ABET-accredited program.
• Independent worker who can oversee staff efforts.
• Experience supporting USAF/DoD programs through life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support material solution analysis, technology development, engineering and manufacturing development, production and deployment.
• Prepare engineering documentation including systems engineering plans.
• Conduct systems reviews and produce required artifacts and reports.
• Plan and execute technical reviews and technical interchange meetings (CDRs, readiness assessments).
• Prepare CDR entry/exit criteria and related artifacts.
• Develop architectures that meet user needs and identify deficiencies with potential solutions.
• Provide developmental planning support for military mission analyses and related requirements.
• Decompose mission tasks into building blocks and timelines.
• Evaluate compatibility of existing or derivative systems with mission needs.
• Perform advanced aircraft, electronic, weapon, and range systems requirements tasks.
• Utilize analytical and simulation methods to optimize system performance and validate results.
• Conduct simulation studies to assess system development and acquisition aspects.
