Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques.

This role leads inspection scopes, analyzes complex data, and serves as a subject matter expert with frequent client interaction and high safety standards. Preferred certifications include API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP, and related qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results clearly.
• Willingness to travel, extended hours, and field work.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and industry codes.
• Operate and configure scanning systems and equipment.
• Collect, interpret, and report complex inspection data with recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting platforms.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in advanced inspection setups.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, procedure development and qualification reviews.
• Adhere to Life Critical Expectations and site safety protocols.
• Uphold TEAM's standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.
