Job summary

milk + honey is seeking a Lead Advanced Aesthetician in Austin to serve as a clinical expert and leader within the Advanced Aesthetics Program. You will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, mentor other aestheticians, and help grow the program across the market.

You will lead provider onboarding, ongoing education, and ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician or cosmetology license required.
• Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Strong consultation and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of documentation.
• Passion for advanced aesthetics and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic services within licensed scope and uphold patient safety.
• Mentor Advanced Aestheticians and provide guidance on consultations and treatment plans.
• Lead onboarding, hands-on training, and competency validation for advanced treatments.
• Ensure adherence to milk + honey protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Monitor provider performance, patient satisfaction, and program metrics; support new service launches.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and foster a culture of clinical excellence.
