Job summary

milk + honey is seeking a Lead Advanced Aesthetician to act as a clinical expert and program leader within the Advanced Aesthetics Program. You will deliver high-level aesthetic services, mentor staff, and drive onboarding, training, and protocol adherence across markets.

In this role, you will partner with Operations and Education to launch new services, monitor key performance metrics, and strengthen provider performance while ensuring HIPAA-compliant patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Active TDLR Laser license (Senior Laser Technician preferred).
• Strong consultation, communication, clinical judgment, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in delivering an exceptional patient experience and achieving performance goals.
• Passion for advanced aesthetics, education, and contributing to provider growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic services within licensed scope while maintaining patient safety.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Advanced Aestheticians, guiding consultations and treatment planning.
• Lead provider onboarding, hands-on training, competency validation, and ongoing education for advanced treatments and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to milk + honey protocols, Medical Director orders, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct treatment observations and chart audits to assess quality and identify coaching opportunities.
• Collaborate to develop clinical resources, support new service launches, and elevate patient experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selecting Advanced Aestheticians in the market.
• Monitor utilization, revenue, patient satisfaction, and other key metrics.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and HIPAA/compliance standards.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture centered on excellence and growth.
